Emerson 475 field communicator is to communicate and configure devices with HART protocol.
The 475 Hart communicator, also known as the HART475 hand operator, is an improved version of the Rosemont hart375 hand operator. It supports HART communication protocol and foundation fieldbus communication protocol, has the characteristics of universal, reliable, portable, safety, easy to upgrade and so on. The communicator is designed to simplify field work. The HART and Foundation fieldbus equipment can be operated by through an intuitive color graphical interface, for on-line parameter setting, maintenance, and troubleshooting. In addition, the 475 Hart communicator can be upgraded at any time over the Internet, avoiding delays on the way to the service center.
475 Hart communicator can communicate and configure equipment including but not limited to pressure transmitters, level gauges, flow meters, radar and valve positioners. These devices, if they support the HART protocol, can be configured, managed, and maintained through 475 Hart communicators.
