How to connect relay and contactor?

‌The connection of relays and contactors involves multiple components working together to ensure proper control and protection of the circuit.

The contactor operates on the basis of the electromagnetic principle. When the contactor coil is activated, the resulting magnetic field causes the static core to produce electromagnetic suction, which in turn drives the AC contactor’s point action, causing the normally closed contact to disconnect and the normally open contact to close. Other electrical components such intermediate relays can be used to remotely control this activity in addition to manual control.

1.the basic principle of the working principle of the contactor is: when the contactor coil is energized, the coil current will generate a magnetic field, the magnetic field generated by the static core to generate electromagnetic suction to attract the moving core, and drive the AC contactor point action, normally closed contact disconnected, normally open contact closed, the two are linked.

2. The contact of the control AC contactor is connected in series with the contactor coil at both ends of the power supply. The normally open contact of the AC contactor is connected in series with the intermediate relay coil. The normally open nodes of the intermediate relay are connected in parallel at both ends of the control contact of the AC contactor.

3. String together the two switches, the coil of the AC contactor and the normally closed contact of the thermal overload relay with a wire; Then a wire is drawn from each end of the green switch (start) and connected to the normal open point of the AC contactor.
