1.HART signal reception: In industrial sites, there are many intelligent instruments that support the HART protocol, such as pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, etc. These instruments generate HART signals containing device measurement data, status information, etc. The MTL4852 HART multiplexer receives signals from multiple HART devices through its input port. The HART signal is a composite signal that superimposes a digital signal on a 4-20mA analog signal. The digital signal is modulated using frequency shift keying (FSK) technology, where 1200Hz represents logic “1” and 2200Hz represents logic “0”.
2.Signal conversion processing: After the multiplexer receives the HART signal, it will first filter and demodulate it.
